Words and Women - an evening of readings and live music.
Words and Women supports and promotes women writers living and working in the East of England through various ways, such as writing competitions and working with young women writers in schools. In March 2014 the Words and Women:One anthology was published, featuring the winning entries from the group's inaugural prose competition.
Come and join us at this free event to hear some of the contributors read their work from the anthology, learn more about Words and Women, and listen to live music from highly acclaimed local folk singer Polly Paulusma. Everyone is welcome.
Readings start at 7pm and doors open at 6.30pm, so come early to meet the writers and enjoy a drink at the bar. Copies of the anthology will be on sale.
