Free Movement ride for Refugees

We are three friends looking to empower the young refugee population of Athens by providing regular skateboarding lessons, supported by the charity Help Refugees.

Athens is home to over 25,000 refugees and our skateboarding lessons will provide them with physical and mental benefits, closer relationships with Greeks, and work towards a gender-equal refugee skateboarding community across Athens.

To fundraise for our project we are going on an open-invite cycle tour, The Free Movement Ride for Refugees. The ...week-long tour will visit six cities, holding an event in each place.

Our event at Hot Numbers marks stop 2 of our ride. So what's on?

Live Music - Various artists including the extremely talented Alex KP (http://brightoncreatives.com/alex-k-p-ep/)

Photo Gallery - showcasing the stunning work of Alice Aedy (https://www.instagram.com/aliceaedy/) and Ruby Mateja's photographs taken whilst volunteering for SkatePal in Palestine (http://rubymateja.tumblr.com/)

T-shirts for Sale - Our very own Free Movement t-shirts designed by the incredible artist Ben Gore, and screen printed with our own hands!

If you can't make it but would like to donate, we'd be very grateful. Link below
