How do I order?
Wholesale orders placed from within our Catchment area* will be delivered every Tuesday in our Hot Numbers van. To give us time to pick and pack your coffee we ask that you place your order by 12pm on Friday, any orders after that may not be sent until the Tuesday after next.
If you’re ordering from further afield* we will pick and pack your order and deliver it to you within 3-5 working days.
Orders must be placed through your personal login via our Wholesale website – not by email.

How do I pay?
Payment terms for Wholesale Customers are 30 days net via bank transfer. Our account details are:

You will be sent an order confirmation followed by an invoice.

Minimum Order Quantity?
To qualify as a wholesale customer with us you must reach the minimum order of 6kg at any one time.
Free delivery applies to orders over £100.00.
Do you offer support?
To ensure you get the best from your coffee, we offer barista training for all wholesale customers in kind.
The training will take place at our Roastery in Shepreth.
