Brazil – Fazenda Pantano
Our staple Brazilian coffee, that is the foundation for both our Body & Soul and Breakfast Wine blend. The plantation works closely with the Brazilian coffee research institute, producing tasty experimental varietals and processes. We love this coffee on its own as an espresso for its slight fruitiness and its velvet mouthfeel.

Fazenda Pantano is located in Cerrado, close to the city of Patos de Minas. The farm has over 200 varietals, most of which are in experimental production. The farm works closely with the Brazilian Coffee Research Institute to experiment with processing and flavours.
The largest red cherries are picked and separated in the post harvest process. The skin is removed, leaving the seed still encased with fruit. The bean is then laid out on the raised drying beds, being frequently turned to allow even drying.
