When we were first presented with the coffee levelling tool we didn’t see what all the fuss was about. Now it is used by our baristas daily on every espresso served!

Grind fresh coffee into your basket and a quick twist of the tool over the coffee bed will level the coffee in your basket. Three fins on the underside of the tool glide and re-distribute the grinds which in turn enables the tamping process to be more effective. The black top is threaded onto the body of the tool which can simply be twisted to adjust to suit your coffee dose. Fits all 58mm espresso machine baskets.

This new ritual reduces the chances of channelling during extraction and ultimately leads to more consistent espresso which has got to be good!
