Additional Information

Our next offering from Peru comes from the Pilar Samame Monslave’s Farm. Pilar owns a 3 hectare farm in the El Mirador village in Las Pirias district. The farm grows catarra, typica and panche  varieties and more recently Pilar has planted a small area for catimor.

Pilar picks and processes the coffee himself and dries it on a tarpaulin lined patio he owns in the village centre. This takes between 10-15 days and the coffee is then shipped to the Falcon warehouse for shipping.
