Our New Peruvian coffee comes from the village of San Francisco in the Huabal District. This area is home to over 50 farming families. The most common varietals of beans are Caturra and Catimor. After they have been hand picked they are dried on mats on the ground before being processed. In the cup it’s absolutely bursting with flavour. A must try!
