POUR-OVER FILTER BREW METHODS
Filter coffee is one of the best methods to showcase the subtle and unique flavours of coffee with minimum financial investment especially in comparison to espresso.
This course will provide you with the knowledge to brew your preferred filter method. A number of different extractions will be compared demonstrating the importance of brewing theory.

It is also a perfect course for anyone who wishes to make great coffee at home to the best standards possible without the need for the costly equipment necessary for espresso.
The simplest and most cost effective way to enjoy coffee and bring out the exciting nuances from every cup would be to use the pour-over brew method. We will take you through this beautifully simplistic yet rewarding process so that your coffee can be represented in the best way possible. We will brew up a range of coffees using the V60 drip method and Aeropress using filtered water, a pouring kettle and a hand grinder laden with fresh roasted coffee of course.
