Refunds & Cancellations

Should you wish to return goods at any time then we shall issue a full refund or exchange if the following conditions are met:

• Notification by email to roastery@hotnumberscoffee.co.uk is given within 14 days of receipt
• Goods are returned in original, saleable condition including delivery note.
• If there is a problem with your order we shall cover the cost of postage.

You can cancel your Coffee subscription or Barista Training at any time. A full refund will be given for any undelivered items. Please notify us no later than 5 working days before your next scheduled coffee club delivery or 48 hrs before you booked training session.
