Our second dip into Fine Robusta and we visit Ecuador this time. This lot coming from AsoAmazonas, a family run association. All the lots we received where incredible and we had a hard time selecting. In the end we decided to go with this beautiful anaerobic community lot, with notes of Marzipan, Vanilla & Red wine. Its a beautifully complex and rich cup of coffee.

Their mission is to keep the ecosystem of the amazon divers and stop deforestation. They look for quality and precision. Andrea is a Q-R grader and enjoys trying new post-harvest processes. Their coffee always reaches the top five of the best fine robustas from Ecuador.
