Our second dip into Fine Robusta and we visit Ecuador this time. This lot coming from AsoAmazonas, a family run association. All the lots we received where incredible and we had a hard time selecting. In the end we decided to go with this beautiful anaerobic community lot, with notes of Marzipan, Vanilla & Red wine.
It's a beautifully complex and rich cup of coffee.
