Refunds & Cancellations

Should you wish to return goods at any time then we shall issue a full refund or exchange if the following conditions are met:

• Notification by email to roastery@hotnumberscoffee.co.uk is given within 14 days of receipt
• Goods are returned in original, saleable condition including delivery note.
• If there is a problem with your order we shall cover the cost of postage.

Barista Training Cancellation Policy;

• We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations
• Cancellations must be made via Email or phone
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% forfeiture of the fee.
• We will gladly reschedule your training session if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Failure to attend your training session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire training fee.
• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a training session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule.
