Conveniently situated in central Cambridge, our cafés offer the perfect setting for private hire or corporate events:

CAPACITY

Each café holds a capacity of 60 seating and 80 standing for your event. Our Trumpington Street coffee shop has access to a rear courtyard garden.

HOURS

We can open from 6pm -11pm at Gwydir St and 7pm-11pm at Trumpington St with last orders at around 10:30pm.

PARKING

Local parking is available near both venues.

DRINKS

Both sites have a licenced bar serving local craft beers, wine and signature spirits and cocktails served until 10:30pm. Our coffee which we are known for will of course be served up on demand and soft drinks are in the fridge.

CATERING

We can provide buffet style catering for your event prepared by our talented chefs, or you can book a local food van to park outside on the night.

Our amazing bakery can also provide bespoke cakes for any occasion.

BACKGROUND MUSIC

All sites have a curated playlist of carefully considered music that sets the vibe of Hot Numbers. This can be available for your event turning it up or down as required.

LIVE MUSIC

Live music and DJs can be accommodated with prior discussion to ensure that they will be suitable from a noise perspective.
