Hire fees start at £300 for 5 hours (Gwydir St. and Trumpington St.) and £400 at The Roastery, excluding VAT. A £1,000 minimum spend applies, which covers your food, drinks, corkage and custom cakes.
Do we get exclusive use of the venue?
Yes — every booking is an intimate exclusive use hire. The whole space is yours for the evening, with our bar staff, baristas and team looking after your guests throughout.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Absolutely. You are welcome to drop off any decorations a maximum of 48 hours prior to your event. We can also provide table layout plans, and our team are happy setting tables following these.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
