We deliver this as two 4-hour sessions every 6 months, operating on a ‘train the trainer’ model designed to empower your key staff to uphold exceptional standards year-round. Usually, two key team members are enough to lead, though others are always welcome to join. We can host these sessions at The Roastery or come directly to your location.
Premium Equipment & Comprehensive Care
We supply, install, and dial in professional kit from La Marzocco, Conti, and Bestir. Fully managed annual servicing and preventative care (including water filtration and cartridge changes) are included.
You are also covered by 7-day-a-week emergency support with no call-out fees. We target a 24-hour response (maximum 48-hour SLA) and provide equivalent loan machines if an on-site repair cannot be completed immediately.
