Hot Numbers exciting new micro-roastery gives us the control & ability to create the coffee's for you that we, as coffee fanatics, like to drink. We roast from a light to medium degree, favouring a balanced acidity whilst retaining the aromas and sweetness that are often lost in darker roasts.

We favour unblended single origin Arabica beans, carefully controlling our roast techniques to draw on the inherent characteristics of the regional and varietal bean that we are working with at the time. 

You can rest assured that we are constantly experimenting to bring the best out of the coffees we roast and that our house coffee's will always be new, exciting and varied.

A coffee with bright complex citrus flavours.

Spring 2013

Brazil - Pedra Redonda

Roasted to be drunk as espresso or black coffee without milk. Surprisingly balanced as a single origin coffee with flavours of cherry and hints of dark chocolate and hazelnut.

Developed as an espresso as a base for milk. Chestnut and marzipan flavours that deliver a smooth almond note when combined with milk.
