It is with huge excitement that we announce Hot Numbers Coffee has been officially shortlisted as a finalist for Business of the Year (Medium) at the highly prestigious Cambridge Independent Business Awards (#CIBA2026)!
Since our early days, we have been driven by a passion for speciality coffee, fantastic food, and fostering a vibrant community across our Cambridgeshire locations. Whether you are grabbing a morning brew on Gwydir Street, enjoying an afternoon meeting on Trumpington Street, or joining us for live music and fresh pizza at The Roastery in Shepreth, our goal has always been to create memorable, quality-driven experiences.
Crucially, this milestone also reflects the continued growth of our wholesale operations. We are incredibly proud to supply our freshly roasted coffee to a wide network of brilliant independent businesses, local venues, and institutional partners across the region. Working closely with our wholesale clients to provide tailored coffee solutions, reliable machinery, and expert barista training is a cornerstone of what we do, and sharing our passion for great coffee with other businesses is a true privilege.
Being recognised in this category is a massive testament to the dedication of our entire team—from our expert roasters and baristas to the kitchen and wholesale staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the coffee flowing.
We are honoured to be shortlisted alongside a stellar line-up of local organisations:
- Citysay Living
- Graduate by Hilton Cambridge
- Monavate
- Blighter Surveillance Systems
- Grand Arcade
The final winners will be revealed at a Gala awards ceremony on Thursday, 24th September, held in the historic and stunning Great Hall at King's College, Cambridge.
We want to extend a massive thank you to our loyal cafe customers, our fantastic wholesale partners, and the wider Cambridge community for your continued support. We wouldn't be here without you! Keep an eye on our social media channels as we count down to the big night, and feel free to check out the full list of finalists over at the Cambridge Independent.
