We’re sure you’re familiar with our three Cambridge coffee shops; the OG Gwydir Street, central Trumpington Street and our bustling Shepreth Roastery. But did you know our beans have quietly found their way into dozens of businesses across the city too?
From the break room of your company HQ where our office coffee service keeps the team well fuelled, to independent cafés and kiosks that share our passion for quality – there’s a good chance you’ve enjoyed a Hot Numbers coffee possibly without even knowing it.
We love partnering with local businesses that share our core values. Quality ingredients, sourced responsibly and served with tirelessly friendly service, we know we’re not the only ones who like to keep customers (and staff!) happy and coming back for more.

Beyond the beans
Like all our partnerships, the service we provide to Kiosk on the Green goes beyond Amanda’s weekly bean delivery. Alongside deliveries of our premium single-origin coffees, house blend favourites and Kandula teas, we helped her select the right coffee machine and grinder for her specific setup, then provided training for the whole team.
“If I ever need anything, Hot Numbers are on hand,” Amanda says. “We have regular training sessions, especially in the summer months when we have people from uni coming to work with us for just a short time. It makes such a difference having the staff trained by a professional instead of me.”
Surprising customers with quality coffee
Kiosk on the Green’s customers are always appreciative of the extra effort Amanda has put into sourcing her coffee. “We’re just a little ice cream kiosk really, but we get really good feedback,” she says. “People often say ‘wow! This coffee is amazing! We didn’t expect it would be so good from here.’”
Amanda has built a loyal following of regulars who enjoy the coffee selection she makes as the seasons change. “Some of them immediately notice when I change blends. Body and Soul is always a favourite, but people comment on the seasonal offerings too.”

Coffee builds community
For Kiosk on the Green, quality coffee has become essential to the business model. While summer brings ice cream crowds, the colder months rely on something different. “This time of year, coffee is our bread and butter,” Amanda explains. “You see older women meeting friends for coffee and regulars coming by at the same times each week. We need to keep it going through the winter, and coffee is an important part of getting people coming back.”
