For a decade and a half, Hot Numbers Coffee has been a cornerstone of the Cambridge specialty coffee scene. To celebrate our 15-year anniversary, we are throwing a month-long party filled with experimental brews, live jazz and soul, and community gatherings across our Gwydir Street and Shepreth locations.
The Anniversary Brew: Special Edition Etago Es (Koji Processed)
To mark this milestone, our roasting team has sourced something truly extraordinary. Meet the Etago Es, a limited-release coffee that pushes the boundaries of fermentation.
By utilising the Koji processing method, we’ve introduced ancient fermentation techniques to specialty coffee. The result is a cup with enhanced sweetness, a silky body, and a complex flavour profile that represents 15 years of roasting evolution.
Available Now: Purchase bags in-store or enjoy a pour-over at any of our cafes.
