By using cold water over a longer extraction time, this beautiful glass pot gently pulls the rich flavours and vibrant aromas from your coffee whilst leaving behind the bitter oils and sharp acidity often associated with hot brewing.

The process could not be simpler. Fill the permanent mesh filter with your favourite coarse-ground Hot Numbers coffee, slowly pour in room-temperature water in a circular motion to wet the grounds, and give it a gentle stir. Pop the lid on, place it in the fridge for about eight hours, and let the Mizudashi do the rest. It is the perfect prepare-ahead brewer—set it up in the evening, put on a great jazz record, and wake up to a brilliantly smooth iced coffee.
