How the Circular Loop Works

We’ve designed the return process to fit seamlessly into your existing delivery routine with zero extra friction:

  1. Roast & Pack: Our roastery team packs freshly roasted batches directly into the 5kg GetMoree bags.
  2. Van Delivery: A member of the team delivers the full bags straight to your door as per usual.
  3. Collect & Reuse: On your next scheduled drop-off, our team collects the empty bags and brings them back to the roastery to be thoroughly cleaned, prepped, and refilled.
  4. Smart Tracking: Integrated QR codes powered by the MoreeOS system track every bag to ensure the return loop stays efficient and reliable.

Introducing reusable packaging is a sensible, practical step towards increasing our sustinability and ensuring we are reducing the waste from our wholesale coffee operation. By shifting away from single-use packaging across repeat deliveries, we significantly reduce our environmental impact.
